Spirit Squad Empty Spirit Squad

I really liked the Spirit Squad. I think they were great heels with a lot of potential. Sure, they were pretty green but how many debutants get booed like the Spirit Squad did in that first (and only) run. It was X-Pac heat but they really got a strong negative reaction from the crowd which was pretty impressive considering how new they were. They had an original gimmick which genuinely pissed people off. They weren't generic or dull and did their role of being geeks who get beat up well. Feeding them to DX made them look weak but the whole point was that they were dorks who weren't meant to be taken seriously.

Kenny was the most talented, you could see that from the start, he was the one going to break away from the group but did WWE have to do it so early? WWE's tag team division sucked and still does. You could have easily kept the Spirit Squad on to fill out the division and maybe even more as they gained more heat than plenty of other heels. They should have done a Spirit Sqiad civil war with Kenny and two of them vs. the others. It would be like Hollywood and Wolfpac lol. The heels could stay green and the faces could go red. That would be awesome because it would provide even more tag teams and they were all decent wrestlers.
