What is everyones Workout regiment I am very interested in fitness.

I usually do 5-8hrs in the gym everyday exept sunday where I just chill.

1hr: Cardio

3hr: Sit ups

2hr: Presure training (set at 320/360Gf and 150kg)

2hr Weights Sleep
